Boodell & Domanskis, LLC was founded by senior lawyers who have extensive U.S. and international legal experience in structuring and guiding business transactions.

The firm represents legal needs of individuals and both for-profit and not-for-profit entities.  We believe that the practice of Law is a service profession, that strong and reliable personal relationships are the foundation of excellent service, and that our clients will and should expect that their lawyers be highly skilled, responsive, and able practitioners who will provide not only excellent legal skills, but also sound judgment and wise counsel.

We believe in building strong personal relationships of trust and confidence among ourselves and with our clients.
The practice of law affects people and their efforts to build secure and predictable lives for themselves and their loved ones.  Wise legal counsel assists and enables that process.

Our primary focus is to provide clients with domestic and international business and real estate law guidance.  As we have all come to realize, few companies engage only in domestic business.  The world is an economic village and each company's products and services are sold and purchased in many parts of the world.  Thus, we have formed a law firm to service the needs of U.S. and foreign companies doing business in the United States, and to assist U.S. companies doing business in the global village beyond the borders of the United States.

The law is a service profession.  Lawyers are  architects of human relations.   We help clients create and structure workable, reliable agreements to provide the framework for them to achieve their short term and long term goals.  Specifically, in a global economy consisting of many cultures, many entities and many peoples, the independent lawyer representing his or her clients is an essential and necessary professional.
