Boodell & Domanskis, LLC is a boutique law firm formed in 2002 by two seasoned attorneys with extensive experience in real estate matters, commercial transactions, litigation, and alternate dispute resolution. Our firm's attorneys were educated at excellent law schools, trained at large law firms, and have held leading roles in government, public service, and a broad range of civic endeavors. Boodell and Domanskis' highly skilled attorneys provide its clients, both individuals and businesses,  with informed and responsive legal advice on a cost effective basis. 

The firm's founders, Thomas J. Boodell, Jr. and Alexander R. Domanskis, have more than 75 years of practicing law between them. They have represented clients in arbitration, cases involving complex commercial and personal litigation, as well as domestic and international business transactions.
