As chief legal officer for the Department, she provided legal services and legal positions binding to the Department in areas of acquisition, civilian and military personnel, standards of conduct, financial management, fiscal law, installations and environment, military and national security affairs, and international activities. Private practice in Chicago in 1993. Adjunct Faculty Member, DePaul University College of Law, Employment Discrimination Law, Mediation, and Negotiation, 1987, 1994-.
