PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dainius R. Dumbrys is an Associate at Boodell & Domanskis, LLC, concentrating on:
business/corporate law, real estate, not-for-profit corporations and estate planning. During his time at Boodell & Domanskis, LLC, he has been involved in the following:
-Obtaining IRS determinations of Not-For-Profit standing for various organizations, from youth athletic clubs to fund-raising associations which support community development abroad.
-Preparing and executing documents for the sale of corporations.
-Assisting in the sale and development of several multi-unit condominium projects.
-The out-of-court settlement of various personal injury and medical insurance claims.
EDUCATION
Mr. Dumbrys received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Iowa in 1995. In 2002, Mr. Dumbrys was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. Dumbrys was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in May, 2003.
ACTIVITIES
Mr. Dumbrys is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Dumbrys is also fluent in Lithuanian and has been heavily involved with the Lithuanian Scout Association and is legal adviser to an international Lithuanian-language newspaper published in Chicago. For recreation, Mr. Dumbrys enjoys traveling and is an avid skier, golfer and all-around sports enthusiast.
